Rebecca and Oxana sold my long-owned family home during a historically difficult time in the real estate market due to a financial recession after the Great Plague of 2020. Their tenacity and marketing skills brought out home viewers in the dead of winter in which people are usually drinking hot toddies in a ski lodge or accelerating down a sheet of ice controlling a rubber disc to obtain victory. Victory is a key word here. Real estate is a battlefield in which sales are made or prevented by financial institutions, rule of law, land transfer taxes, location, small driveways and other parking issues, square footage, good housekeeping and maintenance, chattels, irrevocability and price. During this particular battle for home sale, there were many periods of disappointment when morale and hope were lying in the basement, but with meetings to discuss new strategies to make the home attractive to buyers, offers and considerations became reality. When the home sold on 21 February, the sky was the limit! And with a 90-day future closing date! Lots of time to plan the move! But the team of Romeo and Watts did not hesitate to continue to display their talent. The stress of finding a new home was quickly alleviated with a purchase two days later – 23 February – of a beautiful and renovated home that had a larger yard, shed and a detached garage, And a finished basement apartment with all the appliances that you need! This adventure had all started by a simple knock on the door by Oxana in which she left her business card and her magical charm. It was finished by Rebecca’s killer sale’s instinct and the art of the deal.
